There are two methods to redeem a product license for integrated products:

• using an access code
• using a license credit. 

Access Codes 

When students and teachers first launch the product, they will see a page asking them to enter an access code. 

For example: 

Entering the access code will allow the teacher or student to access the product. 

Licence Credits 

If OUP has added licence credits to the administrator’s Hub organization, the product will open on launch without the access code prompt. Each time a student or teacher launches the product; one licence credit will be used from the Hub organization. 

The Administrator can see which products have had licences assigned within their Hub organisation. 

Choose Credits to view product licences and usage. 

If a student or teacher tries to launch a product and there are no more license credits available, they will see a message on the screen.

The institution administrator should contact their OUP consultant or distributor to buy more license credits.
