There are different ways to set up an integration based on the number of Hub administrator accounts, Hub organizations, deployments, and LMSs.

When a student or teacher opens an OUP product from the LMS, their account is automatically created in the Oxford English Hub organization. A Hub organization can have a maximum of 10,000 users and 400 classes.

If an institution has more users or classes than this limit, it should create additional Hub organizations with new LTI deployments to handle the extra load.

A Hub administrator can create multiple organizations, and each organization can support several LMS deployments.

Option 1

  • One Hub administrator account
  • One Hub organisation
  • One deployment
  • One LMS
This model could be duplicated across a larger institution which is using multiple LMSs or repeated across multiple campuses with their own LMS instance.

Option 2

  • One Hub administrator account
  • One Hub organisation
  • Two or more deployments within the Hub organisation
  • One LMS

Option 3

  • One Hub administrator account
  • Two or more Hub organisations
  • One or more deployments per organisation
  • One LMS
